1910 to 1919 ( including World War I years of 1914-1918 at the Chinese Presbyterian Church, Victoria, B.C. Canada)

Here we see the overlapping missionary ministries of Rev. L.W. Hall (1906-1916) and Rev. Leung Moi fong (1911-1957).  This congregation photo would probably be in the facilty noted in the 110th Anniversary commemorative book as the Wesleyan Methodist Church on the South West corner of Pandora and Broad Streets, in Victoria (where the NEW VI television studio-offices are located in 2002).  In 1919 Rev. Leung became the first minister to be ordained in the Chinese Presbyterian Church and a new Kirk Session was formed with Mr. Lee Woo, Mr. Gee Sing, Mr. Wong Wah and Mr. Chan Dun. Missionsaries Rev.L.W. HALL & Rev. Leung M.F. with 1914 congregation
